This Initial Consultation Agreement is made this day of , , between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Katie Enman, Membership Number R709572 of Shoreline Immigration Inc., and Client , for the purpose of: .

The Client is obliged to pay a non-refundable fee of CAN $150.00, plus sales tax if applicable.

Payment is due at least 24 hours prior to the appointment date. Failure to do so may lead to the cancellation of the scheduled Initial Consultation.

If the Client wishes to discuss his/her case further, they will be billed for services at the rate of CAN $150.00/hour.

The Client acknowledges the advice provided during the consult is based solely on the information available at the time of the meeting and formulated based on the details provided by the Client. Should the Client fail to disclose details related to his/her case, the advice provided by the Consultant shall be voided.

The Client acknowledges federal and provincial immigration requirements change frequently and without notice. The advice provided during the consult in no way guarantees results.

All fees are to be paid via e-transfer or PayPal. Under special circumstances, the Consultant may accept a wire transfer.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Nova Scotia, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Please be advised that Katie Enman is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read the above terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement.
