INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

This Initial Consultation Agreement is made this day of , , between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Katie Enman, Membership Number R709572 of Shoreline Immigration Inc., and Client , for the purpose of: .

The Client is obliged to pay a non-refundable fee of CAN $175.00 (tax inclusive), prior to any meeting being booked, for a 45-minute consultation in-person or virtually with the RCIC.

The Client acknowledges the advice provided during the consult is based solely on the information available at the time of the meeting and formulated based on the details provided by the Client. Should the Client fail to disclose details, the advice provided by the Consultant shall be voided. The Client also acknowledges federal and provincial immigration requirements change frequently and without notice. The advice provided during the consult in no way guarantees results nor may it be applicable in the future.

The Client acknowledges the consultation is with the Client only and unless authorized by the RCIC in advance, extended family members and friends are not permitted to attend the meeting.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Nova Scotia, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Please be advised that Katie Enman is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations. CICC licenses and regulates Canadian immigration and citizenship consultants in the public interest.
